In conjunction with the planning of the Nybøl Nor area, there is to be an expansion of the town plan of Nybøl proper. This new development will employ similar density to the existing town, and extend into what is now an agricultural plot.
The distribution of housing in the new developments preserves long areas of green that will extend into the existing town, helping to intensify the relationship Nybøl has with the surrounding landscape.
